KETBILIETAI® for driving schools
A distance-learning and testing system designed to facilitate the work of driving schools. The system works online (no need to install), is optimised for computers and phones (Android, iOS) and allows you to fully manage students' preparation for the theory exam.
How does it work?
You get access to a school administration environment where you can see in real time how students are doing, print their results and most importantly manage payments flexibly.
We do not charge any subscription fees. You only pay for the time the student actually uses the system. 1 credit = 1 day (24 hours of unlimited access).
You can also purchase KET test solution codes to distribute to students.
Important: two ways to purchase test access for students
The school can choose a more convenient way to manage student logins - buy credits (virtual balance) or buy codes (activation coupons).
1. Buying CREDITS (convenient management)
This is the most popular method for schools that want full control over the process in their account.
- How it works: You purchase the total amount of credits (e.g., 1,000 credits) that appear in your school's "wallet".
- Transfer to students: After signing in, you enter the student's email address and assign them the required number of days from your balance (e.g. 7 days).
- Advantages: You can see a student's results at any time, add a student's time, see the exact balance and quickly manage the whole group at once (by importing lists).
2. Purchase of CODES (for distribution and resale)
Choose this option when you want a "physical" or transferable product that the student will activate on their own.
- How it works: You buy codes for a specific duration (for example, 40 codes worth five credits (days) each). The credit is activated only when the student solves the tests.
- Providing access: The system generates unique codes. You print them or send them to the student. The student enters the code at ketbilietai.lt/kodas or in their profile to activate their access.
- Earning opportunity: You can sell these codes to students or give them as a gift certificate.
Example: A 24-hour code costs ~0.11-0.15 EUR. A student purchasing access by SMS pays ~2 EUR. You can sell the code for 1 EUR - the student saves and the school earns.
Prices (when buying credits or codes)
The larger the quantity you buy, the lower the cost per credit (day). Prices are approximate and depend on the quantity purchased:
- 200 credits or codes: 29 Eur (cost: 0.15 Eur/day)
- 700 credits or codes: 84 Eur (cost: 0.12 Eur/day)
- 1,000 credits or codes: 113 Eur (cost: 0.11 Eur/day)
1 credit = 1 day (24 hours of system access for one student after activation). The number of sign-ins is unlimited. Schools usually give a student 3–5 credits (days) or one code with 5 credits.
Credits are deducted only on the days when the student actually logs into the system. For example, if the student does not study on the weekend and does not sign in, no credit is deducted.
Driving schools can sell ketbilietai.lt credits to their students or give them to them for free. School prices are five times lower than the prices students pay when purchasing access themselves.
